Review of All the Money in the World (2017) by Glen K — 01 Jan 2018
Decent movie of the kidnapping of the grandson of J. Paul Getty. Terrific acting in an otherwise slow moving drama that reaches some level of excitement, but is relatively tame compared to most films today.
The acting is excellent all around but the story lacks emotional appeal and real insight to the characters with the exception of Getty himself. If you remember when the entire kidnapping took place, this will bring back memories as it is shot as a perfect period piece.
This isn't a must see film in the theater, you can easily wait to catch it on DVD.
