Review of All the Money in the World (2017) by Sam S — 28 Mar 2018
Movie is well balanced in it's story telling. A rich man is countered by a poor but determined mother. Abductors have ruthless, but some can get attached to a poor little rich boy.
Mark is the link between mother and grandpa, and his assessment is key driver of movie. Unfortunately, neither the script offers Mark more to explain, nor does the actor carry the strength of a character who finally rises to the cause.
The movie works for us, in that there is no denigration of main characters. At the end of day, it is a movie, not a documentary.
