Good, but the director tried way too hard to touch on all of the storyline's from the mini series, even though he didn't have nearly enough time to do any of them justice. This made the movie seem rushed, disjointed, and really difficult to get in to.

I will, however, recommend "All-Star Superman" to anyone who has been enjoying DC's direct-to-DVD animated films, or any Superman fans (if the legends are true and they do actually exist), but I sincerely hope that you watch it within range of some sort of internet-ready device.

You will be scouring Wikipedia for a large majority of your viewing.
