Review of All Quiet on the Western Front (1930) by Lynsay M — 08 Jul 2007
All Quite on the Western Front is as poignant now as it was back then, the iconic imagery used is both stark and beautiful and the battle scenes rival that of any modern day film. It will sadden and uplift you and has a wit and grace that is so rarely seen in films charting war.
If you get the chance to see this on the big screen then please do so!
