Review of All Quiet on the Western Front (1930) by Lora — 13 Oct 2008
Though it's quite paradoxical to watch a war film that doesn't approve of war in the first place, nonetheless All Quiet was well filmed, emotional, and an excellent example of the more innocent acting and humor of the early 20th century.
I couldn't quite come to grips with the message, but this aside, the film is honest and heart-felt.
