Review of All Quiet on the Western Front (1930) by Stephen L — 22 Sep 2010
Only important for it's historical significance. The acting is hokey and some of the dialog is god awful and sticks out as amateurish writing even in the dawn of sound films. The only redeeming factor I can give this movie is that some of the battle scenes are pretty impressive for the time.
if you're into movie history than this is pretty important but if not, give this one a pass.
