All is Lost was a masterpiece of filmmaking. No dialogue and very few lines from Redford at all, he manages to convey all needed emotions with just his movements and body language. The score is phenomenal, a very influential driving force of the movie.
And the direction of the visual effects, which were very practical, and sound effects was brilliant.
