Review of All Is Lost (2013) by Rich C — 08 Apr 2015
Powerful. An extraordinary exercise in filmmaking, the near dialogue-free movie is nonetheless gripping, and captivating. Redford's subtlety carries the weight of the entire film. The ending, on further reflection, presents a wonderful kind of ambiguity and is perfectly executed.
