Ha, it does remind me of Saturday morning cartoon now that I think of it. It's not Don Bluth and that's why it won't live up to the original. I love the original a LOT as a kid (man, I was obsessed with it!).
.. but I thought this one had an okay story line and wasn't too bad. I remember liking all the songs too because I am a dork. :P.
