While this sequel is not as good as the first thanks to some rather gaping plot holes (How did Itchy not die until modern times? The first film took place in the late 1930's! Or why is Charlie friends with Carface?), I still really enjoyed this film and feel that it deserved better than it got.
Unlike other sequels to Don Bluth films, this one doesn't suck if you give it a fair chance because it is one crazy ride (Cats are evil? I knew it!).
