Review of All Cheerleaders Die (2013) by Nathan M — 24 Jul 2014
All Cheerleaders Die is trying to find itself somewhere in between Ginger Snaps and the Craft with a Wiccan and a merry band of self involved cheerleaders being forsaken by the objects of their affection, the football team for fresher blood before being involved in a tragic car accident, only to return as vampire like leaches with a large appeitite for revenge.
Takes over a third of the running time to finally get going and since it runs under an hour and a half, there isnt enough time to fully flesh out character or involvement or even some original ideas, and with a tagged on cliffhanger, it seems like one of those mad dash direct to rental features that wants to grab the cash and run.
Be glad it didn't. At least one of the supporting cast from Arrow was able to get some credit here in terms of landing her new gig.
