Review of All Cheerleaders Die (2013) by Zachariah C — 22 Sep 2014
First of all, did I see the same movie as these critics and users? I thoroughly enjoyed this. What in the world is wrong with them? :-) Any way, it is more than a horror and I definitely enjoyed that. There is a sense of humor, and danger, and even a bit of romance that one would not expect from this.
I do not recognize any of the actors but they all did a great job. Think of this as, "What Jennifer's Body should have been, " and I think you will have a good perspective on what to expect.
John Campea on AMC Movie Talk mentioned the mythology surrounding this movie and its unique quality and I have to agree. Granted, I do not watch to many movies about Wicca, but I found the back story quite fascinating.
And of course, you cannot forget to give major props to the protagonist, because I legitimately did not like him. Bad frigging dude. The girls were great, the girl power was great. There is blood, beware, but check this movie out!
