Nowhere as good or suspenseful as the first "Alien" film, but the acting is good, and the effects are okay, but still not as good. Bill Paxton is hilarious in this one. However, the plot is thin, and generally seems more rushed in this one, despite being over 30 minutes longer than Alien.
