Review of Aliens (1986) by Jacob P — 30 Mar 2018
Decades since Aliens came out and it still stands among the greatest action films ever made. It's a film that doesn't simply rely on its action sequences, stunning visual effects and gorgeous production design to do all of the work though it does so in those facets really well.
What makes it a bonafide classic is its engrossing, fast-paced story with a unique ensemble of characters that you naturally fall in love with. On top of that, you have a stellar cast and quotable lines that make watching this film a truly memorable experience.
Overall, it's a fantastically brilliant film that has remained as one of my favorite films of all time.
