Review of Alien Resurrection (1997) by Les E — 12 May 2012
Just as bad as the third one, if not worse. What happened to the series? It's like a disasterous AC/DC concert. The first one started the show rocking hard, the second one gave an awesome guitar solo, the third one started a concert-wide brawl, and the fourth one pulled out a pipe bomb.
I mean, Ellen Ripley (or rather, her clone) isn't appealing at all. It's like they couldn't hire Sigourney Weaver so they hired her uneducated, sociopath, twin sister. The disgusting alien/human hybrid scene didn't help the movie out at all either.
