Review of Alien Resurrection (1997) by Sebastian M — 29 Oct 2012
It is the worst of the series, yes, worse than the third. But I liked the third, and I still do like this. They did Ripley's character well, although the other characters were uninteresting. This had some pretty intense scenes with Ripley's character, (Spoiler alert!: Ripley seeing her failed clones, her killing the her alien baby, etc).
The other characters are not too interesting, and the acting is so-so. The action and special effects were great though. A silly movie, but if you liked the third you will like this. I am generally someone who likes most movies, so I didn't have a problem with this.
There are some hilariously cheesy one-liners here too, but the plotholes are bringing this down to 64/100.
