Same as usual! Much of the same smarter, stronger, etc, etc action but wait! They can't go near water. Given the fact they are harder to kill, then add a mutating drug that makes it MUCH worse, well jump on a boat and we'll just jump you, knock you into the water!

If this was the case, why don't the police just carry water pistols! That seems a bit easier than getting a gun that will blast through a vest! DUH!

Good movie I guess if you don't pick out the obvious.
