Probably the most awful Alien film I've viewed to date---just looked at it at the begin of 2018 here. I should've learned quite awhile ago that Ridley had totally lost it as a director and producer, esp.

with Blade Runner 2049 this past year, also god awful. Prometheus was really the last good thing from that franchise, so I wouldn't count on anything in the future the way the lamestream/mainstream film industry is going.

And, the exact same music/score from Alien is only thing good I'd say, and hacked and copied at that, let alone Fassbender hamming it up and copying every robot from every Alien film ever, not original whatsoever, no matter one or 2 sophisticated quotes.
