Overall, this is a fairly enjoyable movie. But manage your expectations. Like the previous movie, Prometheus, it doesn't live up to the hype, it leaves way too many things unexplored, and it fails to realize the plot's potential.
That being said, it's not a terrible movie. And, unless you're looking for only the very best movies of the year, I'd recommend seeing it.
