If this would be a rank 5 movie, but for the promise offered in Prometheus. I trust Scott would fight the studios to deliver on the examination of our origins and creators. Instead AC was simply another slasher/horror monster flick, borrowing every cliche known to the genre.

Not a moment of the movie stimulate a sense of wonder, nor were any of the suspense scene frightening, just tiresome. Mr Scott has created some of the best movies of my life.....I give this only 1 star (not the 5 another director might get) because of the punch in the gut of disappointment.
