Review of Alien (1979) by Callum H — 17 Jan 2014
Alien is the definitive horror film, that ultimately, can not be criticized majorly in anyway. It's got some wonderful performances, it's paced to a perfect, creepy level and all the scares are immensely satisfying and well executed.
Alien never vies for the cop out scare at any point, and that's what makes this such a truly terrifying film which sticks in your mind for days.
