Review of Alice in Wonderland (1951) by Mã©Lissa A — 25 Jan 2015
My personal favorite Disney Animation film. Genuinely funny, sharp, and sweetly anarchic, Alice is perhaps the most underrated of all Disney's leads, learning to forge her own strange path in an overwhelmingly proper world.
An episodic masterpiece where each trippy and hilarious episode sustains and builds upon the one before. Alice may be Disney's weirdest film...but it may also be its best.
