Trippy and psychedelic. From the same mold as L. Frank Baum's The Wizard of OZ series. It's funny to see all the elements that show up in Batman; The Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, "Twinkle, twinkle little bat.
.." It's evident that in 1951 this was well before it's time to be truly appreciated.
