Review of Alexander (1996) by Jeffrey R — 13 Aug 2011

Though it is to long, the acting a little weak, and the direction not altogether great. The film isn't as bad as I imagine.

Acting: 3/10 - The acting overall wasn't very good. To many accents being thrown around, and the title character doesn't present the power of a King.

Story: 5/10 - While I am a big fan of time pieces, the story was good but lacking drama and the power of past time pieces.

Direction: 4/10 - Oliver Stone doesn't truly give much to work with in this film. Alot of screaming, and no proof of the greatest of Alexander or his life.

Notes: Angelina Jolie though her acting wasn't all that good, she is still amazingly beautiful.
