Review of Alex Cross (2012) by David W — 17 Oct 2013
A must see movie I am just going to get straight to the point all about a shrink Cop that gets entangled in a web with a mad man that is after killing anyone that gets in the middle of his crazy plan. this is a movie that reminded me of Shaft but with a lot more grunt. I have to say Tyler Perry surprised me in this movie I was expecting a really soft mellow character seeing how he spends more time behind the camera than in front of it. Tyler Perry is the guy that brings u movies such as For Coulored Girls those dramatic chick flicks.
It has also Ed Burns in it from Sidewalks of New York his role really surprised me as well really showed that he is diverse his his repetua of acting ability.
And the final piece of the Art work is Picasso Mr Mathew Fox himself at first I didn't recognize him but it was him in a new light a real kick ass no questions asked bad guy role.
This movie seems to be quite linear but really takes a turn that you do not see coming. Highly recommend this movie even better than the new installment of the bourne movies.
Give it a go you wont be disappointed.
