Review of Albert Nobbs (2011) by Brett J — 24 Nov 2011
With all the talent behind and in front of the camera, Albert Nobbs should have been a great film. Lavish sets and costumes aside, the weak script and bland direction makes this film nothing more then an average period piece with a terrific performance from Glen Close as the title character and incredible supporting turn by Janet McTeer.
