I loved this movie! Yes it is slow and sad, it's real. Life isn't always happy. Glenn Close was beyond wonderful in her role and this movie touched me deeply. If you want to be entertained watch something else.
If you want some complexity and truth, a glimpse into a real world for so many of us then watch Albert Nobbs.
