Review of Aileen: Life and Death of a Serial Killer (2003) by Lauree K — 24 Aug 2012
The information from the people who knew Wuornos as a child and teenager bother me. People knew she was sleeping in the woods, and didn't take the obvious step of offering to have her stay with them, or at least helping her find shelter? The man who took sexual advantage of her when they were teenagers doesn't even act repentant (through the edited camera lens).
She grew up in a world full of creepers.
