Review of After the Wedding (2006) by Erica H — 04 Mar 2008

AWESOME. Really great. I have recently grown pretty impatient with subtitled movies, but this one was entirely worth it. It's the only Danish movie I remember seeing other than Babette's Feast, but if these two are good examples of what else is available in Danish cinema, I am on board.

Let me also note that I may not have loved this movie as much if I didn't resonate as completely with the struggle the main character faces as he makes his decision... I'll just keep my comments there in case I give too much away.
