Review of After Hours (1985) by Giovanni B — 02 Jan 2009
Part madcap, part Blind Date, part 80's and part NY, one of Scorsese's most random films. I saw it for the first time recently and it's not a little bit dated, but it works as a bizarre time capsule.
Griffin Dunne got screwed out of a bigger career, he really plays the exasperated straight man well.
