Review of After Hours (1985) by Itamar K — 14 Jan 2009
Like the King of Comedy, After Hours is one of Scorsese's more offbeat creations, and a very underrated ones, a strange, dark, Kafka-esque, urban nightmare. Griffin Dunne is terrific in the lead - a real one-in-a-lifetime performance.
If you think you know Scorsese, watch this - it's unlike anything else he's ever done.
