Review of After Earth (2013) by Hrant B — 09 Nov 2014
Another M. Night S. failure for a story Will Smith wrote but the vision of M. Night didn't carry through to the onscreen chemistry between a father and his son. Usually his movies are scary or at least suspenseful but their was lack of it, plus Will Smith grunting didn't help.
Maybe if the father/son duo worked together towards the objective it probably would have worked better. Nothing great to watch. Skip this one all together.
