While I don't think it's Shyamalan's worst movie (The Last Airbender takes that spot for obvious reasons) it has definitely the worst performance by any of his protagonists.
Sorry Mark Wahlberg in The Happening, but at least you were funny; Jaden Smith is just embarrassingly bad in this.
