Review of Afro-Punk (2003) by Pavandeep S — 30 Aug 2007
I quite liked this documentary, there's lots of talking but the movie really made it interesting to see punk from a black person's perspective and to know of the differences, a maintenance of culture or a rediscovery whereas for others, it is oppsed to culture of sorts.
Nothing brilliant in overall, but a thought-provoking documentary, very personal and subjective.
