Review of Adult Beginners (2014) by Johnnylee T — 02 Dec 2015

This movie was all around a pretty great movie. The actors did an excellent job in portraying the characters for example the mother was a great mom but she also showed the reality of what mothers go through in raising children such as being tired and just wanting a break from it all.

I honestly thought the movie was funnier than advertised. The movie truly connects with reality on so many different levels whether it be the mother or the uncle. Although the movie was funny, I was left with the "that's it" feeling.

Like Dazed and Confused it was funny, yet pointless.
