Review of Adaptation. (2002) by Al M — 22 Jan 2011
I really wanted to like this movie. I generally do like Kaufman, and of course Meryl Streep and Nicolas Cage gave wonderful performances. I was into it for the first 3 quarters of the movie, with its lovably flawed characters who were easy to root for.
Then, in the last half hour, the ridiculous plot twists lost me completely.
