Afraid I'm going to have to go against the grain and say that I really did not enjoy Adaptation. I hated Nicolas Cage's characters and the movie barely had a plot. Meryl Streep is Meryl Streep.
Obviously her performance was astounding because it always is. Seeing Meryl work her magic is really the only benefit to watching this film.
