A great comedic classic. I always love to watch Hepburn and Tracy. It is hard to believe this was released two years before I was born. So it is a very old movie. A woman shoots her husband, and Hepburn and Tracy are lawyers.
One represents the wife the other the husband. When addressing the court, Hepburn's character says: "For years, women have been ridiculed, pampered, chucked under the chin. I ask you, on behalf of us all, be fair to the fair sex.
".
