Review of Adam Resurrected (2008) by Frank G — 17 Jul 2009
I love jeff. he is great at everything because hes jeff. doesnt matter if you find his acting to be odd ,original ,skilled or just silly u except him as ..."jeff".
This movie is either one of 2 things and it depends on who your talking to about it. 1. a fantastic film delving deeply into the horrid times of the war and the after effect on the mind. or.
2, what the hell was that over acted pile of wanna be david lynch bumf.
I personallly am going for option one.
Anything you try to fault with this film seems to have been placed there intentionally. the accents and the odd german word thrown in, in an english sentance to remind you they are german.
Regardless, its a good movie, easy to taste but sore to swallow.
Chew over that.
Oh and Willem Dafoe is very good. kinda a cross between his roles as green goblin and the ship man from life aquatic.
