The first 30 minutes of Accepted are pretty funny. After the fake college is founded, however, the laughs become very few and very far between. On top of that, the movie becomes painfully cliched, predictable, and downright boring.
Jonah Hill and Lewis Black make the most of their material and are the movie's funniest characters, but they can't save this tired been-there-done-that college comedy.
