Absolutely stupid. But I loved it. It pulls you in to its wonderful little world and somehow convinces you to embrace it, invest in it and revel in the absurd yet wonderful action of it. Not to mention getting a good dose of eye candy from Dom Cooper.
My only complaint is the premise of blaming the bustling slave trade of the south on vampires, thus acquitting humans of any guilt in the situation. But. Bloody fun film.
