Classic movie about American life in the same vein as any of Hal Ashby's best work.
Jack Nicholson brings life into this dullard like no one else could.
Set mostly in Omaha, Nebraska, "About Schmidt" also has wonderful cinematography that often transcends its mundane subjects.
