Embarrassingly low-rent. Horrible writing, cinematography, editing, music. They should have hired Luc Besson to do a pass - he could make a more engaging movie without changing any of the elements. Face on the Milk Carton, a NOC list, scenery-chewing Alfred Moleina and Signourney Weaver.
