At first, this film might seem like a bit of a mish-mash. Is it a drama, a superhero movie, a mystery, or a tale of high fantasy? The answer is that it's all of these, and it actually pulls it off. The writing is a bit stilted in places, but overall fantastic, and they avoided leaning on beautiful visuals to carry the film.
Worth your time.
