Review of A Woman Under the Influence (1974) by Daniel S — 10 Jul 2009
Kinda like Whos afraid fof virginia woolf, in the sense that there's so much yelling and its painful to watch, yet you dont wanna turn away. Rowlands and Falk give two amazing performances, so intense and they give so much to their roles.
Nick was just as crazy as Mabel I thought, and most of the things people did seemed to make things worse and it was just frustrating to watch. The kids seemed to be the most normal people in the film, though the performances were created in editing it was easy to tell.
