Review of A Walk in the Woods (2015) by Chloe C — 13 Sep 2015

Although the movie is just average, Redford and (especially) Nolte are a hoot as well as several of the characters they encounter on their journey. The scenery is spectacular but hiking the 2,200 mile Appalachian Trail would be like walking from Georgetown, TX to Wichita, KS then back to Georgetown then back to Wichita then back to Georgetown and finally going back north up I-35 to the Sonic in Burleson, TX (hopefully arriving between 2:00 and 4:00 for Happy Hour).

And, by the way, walking back and forth between Texas and Kansas would be a lot flatter except for crossing the Arbuckle Mountains just north of Ardmore, OK.
