Review of A Walk in the Woods (2015) by Ryan S — 05 Mar 2016
I might have seen Nick Nolte in a couple movies, but this for me will be the one I will remember him for. I enjoyed this movie ( yes, I nodded off at times ) but I would take A Walk In The Woods over The Visit if they were the last two films standing.
Take the movie for what it is, a feel good movie starring the legendary Robert Redford in a role that I rarely ever see him in ( recent years I mean ). I enjoyed Ken Kwapis's vision, if you never read the book ( like me ) then you're going in with an open mind clean slate and watching what I like to call the NEW version of Walter Mathau and Jack Lemmon, Nick Nolte will have you laughing for sure.
It's a Walk to enjoy over and over even though it got bad reviews, as long as ur a Nolte/Redford fan then this dramedy is for you.
