Review of A Walk in the Woods (2015) by Tvjerry — 09 Sep 2015
Robert Redford and Nick Nolte decide to hike the Appalachian Trail. This lighthearted cinematic trek presents mild physical challenges, spirited encounters and the inevitable dramatic declarations. Redford plays determined and serious (while sometimes spouting environmental facts), while Nolte gets a chance to be blustery, feisty and the comic center of the film.
This won't go down as hilarious or even memorable, but its sweet, low-key charms and lovely scenery should appeal to a mature audience.
