Review of A Touch of Zen (1970) by Anders A — 19 Aug 2016
A story of real adventure, shifting focus and main characters, living out the story in a unique way. As well as the insane combat scenes, which until this film were non-existing in this sense. The details around the clothing, buildings, and the breathtaking landscapes playing with the sunlight, a pure delight to watch.
Worth to mention is Roy Chiao´s incredible role as the master abbot of a Hindu temple, proud and shines with an enormous aura, creating a mystical religious superman.
