An amazing film, I think of it fondly when ever I pass it in the DVD store. Very disturbing on a number of levels I might ad. It is also a very complex film which leaves a hell of a lot of ideas for you to decide on (not work out, decide on).
If you don't like complex or subtitles (or even if you do) you might also check out the American remake "The Uninvited".
